Superstar Rajinikanth – Akshay Kumar – Shankar magnum opus Sci-fi actional thriller ‘2.0’ to be screened worldwide in April 2018 announced a press release from Lyca Productions the films producers in a note signed by Creative Head Raju Mahalingam.

The countries costliest 3D’ film starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson is a sequel to the highly grossing Ethiran (Robot) both directed by Shankar and music by A R Rahman.

The film is one of the most anticipated films from the country and recently had it’s music launch in Dubai by A R Rahman in presence of the full cast & crew of the film.

‘2.0’ has had a lot of release dates circulating ever since the start of principal photography and the official announcement has finally given the timeline to the wait.

The high-tech post production works are fully geared and the team is all set for the release schedule.

The film has already created a lot of buzz and has secured one of the biggest deal in the  country for it’s streaming rights with Amazon’s Prime Video.
