Kerry on Kutton is directed By Ashok Yadav and produced by Shashank Shekhar Singh. The film stars Satyajeet Dubey, Aditya Kumar, Aradhana Jalota, Karan Mahavir, Shivam Pradhan and Deep Raj Rana. The film is scheduled to release on May 20, 2016.

“When I signed Always Kabhi Kabhi, I was 19, when the movie came out I was 21. In the industry if you really want to make a mark as a lead actor, you need time. After Always… I did a lot of theatre, I did a lot of ad films, and I did music videos. As an actor, I wanted to experience new things in the industry and hone my craft. Also, frankly speaking, after my debut movie, the kind of roles that I was getting, I didn’t want to do them. I don’t want to be a part of any movie where I am told that I’m a second lead, and then it turns out to be the hero/heroine’s friend’s part. I would rather wait and do other stuff than doing all this,” says Satyajeet, who is in Lucknow these days to shoot for his next movie, Kerry On Kutton, a gangster romcom, in which Satyajeet plays Kerry.

He adds, “From a place like Bilaspur, I made the move to Mumbai on my own. I got an opportunity to work in a movie, which was being produced by the super star of the industry, Shah Rukh Khan. I got to spend good amount of time with him. For a guy from nowhere, who’d lost his father at a very young age and was the only male member in the family, it was a big break. Even though the movie bombed at the BO, it gave me a high. I was earning at an age when most of my classmates were busy studying.”
