  1. It is very important for you to know acting. It may sound silly but what I mean is that you can go to the gym and get as fit as you wish but if you don’t know how to act, it’s not done.
  2. Next, you need to have patience. Please give the Casting Director some credit and listen to what he/ she is saying.
  3. If there is any confusion while auditioning, please ask. You have the right to ask the silliest of questions. Do not give random auditions.
  4. Wherever you go for an audition, please ask for details like the Production House, Writer, Director etc. You should know what you have auditioned for.
  5. Self-assessment is very important. You will know what kind of auditions to give or why you were rejected in a particular audition etc.
  6. Sorry, I’m giving one extra piece of gyaan but all you ‘good’ actors out there, please read Hindi and learn to speak good Hindi. Watch more movies.
