Ritesh Batra’s debut Dabba (Lunchbox) is a heart touching story that has received exceedingly positive reviews from renowned trade publications like Variety and Screen.
Variety critic Jay Weissberg refers to it as “An indie Indian pic with the crossover appeal of Monsoon Wedding” while Screen Critic Fionnuala Halligan says, “This is certain to woo international arthouse crowds who have been waiting for an authentic crossover Indian title.”
