Rani Mukerji returns to the silver screen after a four year sabbatical. 

Hichki is produced by Maneesh Sharma, who has directed films like Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and Fan under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film’s director is Siddharth P Malhotra, who made We Are Family for Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film stars Rani Mukerji in the lead role.

Hichki revolves around Rani’s character- Naina Mathur, who has a Neuropsychiatry disorder- Tourette syndrome giving her speech impediments, despite which she believes, ‘she is born to be a teacher’. The film will be released on February 23, 2018

The official trailer for the film released on 19 December 2017 attached to the mega Hindi release of the year, Tiger Zinda Hai.
