Special marketing strategy for Naam Shabana
Naam Shabana starring Taapsee Pannu has got the audience excited ever since it’s trailer was launched. To take things a notch higher, the makers have employed an innovative marketing strategy for the film.
Unlike most films which are only subtitled in Tamil and Telugu and distributed in very minuscule numbers in these markets, Naam Shabana is actually being dubbed in other regional languages with a careful marketing strategy to promote the film in South. This is being planned to captivate the South market because Taapsee is extremely popular down South and has a huge fan following there.
Talking about the same, Taapsee says, “The South has played a very important role in my career and shall always be a very important part of me. So it was only fair to dub my film in the two languages I have acted actively in, Tamil and Telugu. I have got wonderful reactions from the audience there after the trailer is released and I’m really looking forward to how they will react to my new avatar since they haven’t really seen me in this kind of an action packed role in South till now.”
