The Spirit of Pandolin Awards

  We love films, we love everything about films and therefore we think it’s only fair that people see beyond the actors on the screen. A film crew consists of Director, Music composer, Cinematographer, Costume designer, Art Director, Producers, Makeup artists, Key-grip, Gaffer, Choreographers, Sound artists and a whole bunch of people whose names and jobs are unknown to audiences and whose work remain unnoticed.

Pandolin Technical Awards is an effort at extending the circle beyond the known names appreciating the spirit and work of each and every individual in the film industry.

There are three stages to every film – Pre-production, Production and Post-production. Without perfection in all the three phases a film cannot be made, let alone it being a success. Coming up with a concept, writing the script, deciding color schemes, sound and editing are pieces that go into making a film. As a website we are dedicated to people who work behind the camera. The idea of Pandolin Awards is not based on verdicts of a specific jury.  We believe that films are made for the audiences and so they decide the winners and their favorites.
