Pakistani film actress Humaima Malick has won the first-ever South Asian Rising Star Film Awards

Pakistani film actress Humaima Malick has won the first-ever South Asian Rising Star Film Awards, in the Best Lead Actress category, for her role in the film Bol. The awards were part of 9th annual South Asian International Film Festival; the largest entertainment gala related to South Asian entertainment industry to be held in the United States.
