Wishberry, the largest crowdfunding platform for creative projects in India, will be hosting a crowdfunding workshop for regional cinema at the Pune International Film Festival (PIFF). Anshulika Dubey, Co-Founder, Wishberry will be conducting this fun and informative workshop that aims to highlight the importance of raising funds for regional cinema.

The workshop will be held at 4 p.m. on January 19, 2016 at City Pride, Kothrud, Pune.

Wishberry has been instrumental in bringing various unique ideas to life across mediums like cinema, music, theatre and more. More than 6 crore has been raised for over 250 creative projects.

Regional cinema has often been given a step-motherly treatment and it’s time that it’s importance is recognized. With several filmmakers taking the onus of pushing the envelope with their interesting story lines, finding timely funds becomes the biggest challenge. Wishberry’s workshop aims to address such issues and offer guidance to all those looking to pursue projects in regional cinema.
