Rasika Dugal wins Best Actress Award for ‘The School Bag’
LargeShortFilms’ latest short film ‘The School Bag’ is a fictional take inspired by real life events of the unfortunate and ghastly terrorist attack that shook the world in 2014. 132 innocent kids were ruthlessly killed by heartless terrorists in this attack. This short film has been nominated in various film festivals across the world and has already won 22 awards. Rasika who plays a mother who would do anything to bring a smile on her child’s face has won the Best Actress award at Haryana International Short Film Festival. Apart from this, the film has won Best Child Actor, Second best film at Bengal International Short Film Festival and Best story at GIIFFA.
