Akshay Kumar’s Holiday: A Soldier Never Off Duty goes past 100 crore collection on the 3rd Friday after its release. The film joined the 100 crore club on the 15th day.

With this Holiday becomes the third movie in the year to cross the 100 crore mark with its India collection after Salman Khan’s Jai Ho that grossed 109 cr and Arjun Kapoor and Alia bhatt starer 2 states that grossed over 104 crore.

On Friday, Holiday started with low occupancy due to a new release, Sajid Khan’s Hamshakals but the occupancy became significantly better in evening and late evening shows despite the big release and fewer screens.

Holiday’s first week collection was 68.60 cr while the second week box office collection was 30.90 cr. The overall collection for Holiday is over 100.73 cr.

Not just in the Indian Markets, Holiday has been doing quite well overseas too. The movie has grossed over 148.82 crore worldwide.

Whether or not Holiday sustains in the theaters and increases its box office collection or Hamshakals takes over is something we would get to know with the opening weekend trends for Hamshakals and the third week collection of Holiday: A Soldier is never off duty.
