Gippi Poster & Theatrical Trailer

Presenting the official poster and theatrical trailer of the small-budget film, made with a big heart, ‘Gippi’. Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar and Karan Johar, under the banner of Dharma Productions and UTV Motion Pictures, ‘Gippi’ is written and directed by debutant Sonam Nair. This is the first movie under the banner that is being helmed by a woman director.

Sonam Nair, who has earlier assisted Ayan Mukherji in Dharma Productions’ Wake Up Sid, herself conducted auditions for the lead actor and finally roped in 13-year-old Delhi-based Riya Vij for the title role. The film also features newcomer Taaha Shah. Vishal – Shekhar have composed the music of the film.

‘Gippi’ releases in theaters on May 10, 2013.
