The trailer of Half Girlfriend was launched earlier today. The film is a cinematic adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel of the same name. Featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles, the unusual love story is directed by Mohit Suri.

As the trailer shows, the film revolves around a small town, Hindi-speaking boy, Madhav, who falls in love with an open-minded, popular Delhi girl, Ria. What follows is a roller-coaster of a love story.

This is the first time that Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor have been paired together on screen. Will their chemistry create magic?

Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Mohit Suri and Chetan Bhagat, Half Girlfriend will hit theaters on May 19.
