Movie Mela at MAMI ends on a high note

Intellectual discussions, personal chats and a lot more fun was in store for Day 2 of the movie mela!

Day 2 of Jio MAMI Movie Mela with Star ended on a high note with three panel discussions and up close and personal chats with some of the most celebrated names in the Indian film industry. The panel discussion highlighted different aspect of film making and personal experiences of the celebrities.

Panel One: VR discussion with Gabo Arora, Raja Koduri, Anand Gandhi and moderator Shakun Batra pondered upon current usage of virtual reality and how it will possibly shape the future, its different uses and its applications and also how it affects our experiences and its possible future.

Panel Two:In conversation with Directors – Rohit Shetty, Zoya Akhtar, Vishal Bhardwaj, Gauri Shinde and Shoojit Sircar, moderated by film critic Rajeev Masand and Jio MAMI with Star, Festival Director Anupama Chopra. The directors opened up their experiences and learnings with the audiences.

Panel Three:Actor Shahid Kapoor in conversation with Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra – The last panel saw Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor talk to Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra about his journey in the industry so far. At the end of the conversation, actor Shahid Kapoor also shook a leg with Masand and Chopra. The actor shared his experiences with the delegates and answered the questions asked by his fans present at the event.

Between panels, Bollywood’s hardest quiz ever with Rajeev Masand also tickled the mind of the audience to dig deep to their Bollywood trivia.
