Prakash Jha and Ajay Devgn have joined hands and decided to work together yet again. This time not for one but two projects – Satsang and Rajneeti 2.

Prakash Jha and Ajay Devgn first came together for Dil Kya Kare and made a successful director-actor duo with Gangaajal, Apaharan, Raajneeti and Satyagraha. The professional relationship, however, even witnessed upheaval during  and after the release of Raajneeti.

But the differences were cemented when Ajay agreed to be a part of Prakash Jha’s  Satyagraha staring Amitabh Bacchan, Kareena Kapoor , Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpai alongside.

“Both, Satsang and Rajneeti 2, have different themes and feature Ajay in a never seen before light.

Ajay Devgn and Prakash Jha recently came out for the announcement of their upcoming film, a sequel to Gangajal where Ajay also announced that the film will have a female protagonist this time.

Jha recently said that Devgn is his mascot. “As a filmmaker life long in your career you keep looking for a mascot and Ajay Devgn is the one for me.

Ajay said his friendship with Jha was 16-year-old. “I was injured and resting at home when Prakash Jha came to me with the script of Dil Kya Kare and after that we worked in many films. His films always have a strong message. People have always appreciated my work with him,” he said.
