The 1976 film Nagin, starring Sunil Dutt, Feroz Khan, Jeetendra, Sanjay Khan, Vinod Mehra, Rekha, Mumtaz and Reena Roy, was a huge box-office success. The film was later remade in Telugu as Devathalara Deevinchandi  (1977) with Jayamalini  in the “Nagin” role. It was also remade in Tamil with Sripriya playing the “Nagin” role in the film Neeya.

And now Ekta Kapoor is all set to remake this film with Sonakshi Sinha.
