Actor by passion, writer by feel and the reigning star of the web in India, Sumeet Vyas is gearing up for his feature film debut. Sumeet who is most popularly known for his character Mikesh in TVF’s Permanent Roommates is currently seen in Tripling, also by TVF, which he has also co-written.Sumeet recently signed his first feature film opposite the very talented Kalki Koechlin.

Named Ribbon, the movie revolves around the complexities of today’s urban couples and how people have steadily evolved in the times of technology that is overpowering us.

Commenting on his upcoming project, Sumeet says, “I’m really excited to work with Kalki. I think “Ribbon” is going to be an important film of it’s time and I hope that I’m able to do justice to my director Rakhee Sandiliya’s vision.”


The movie is slated to go on floors in Mumbai in October this year.
