Taapsee Pannu, whose last films like Baby, Naam Shabana and Pink went on to becoming major successes at the box office will soon be seen in a different avatar in her upcoming comedy film Judwaa 2. Taapsee has now been signed on for a social thriller. 
 
Titled Naam Shabana and Pink, the film will be directed by Anubhav Sinha, and have Taapsee sharing screen space with veteran actor Rishi Kapoor. She plays Kapoor’s daughter-in-law in the movie. The shooting of Mulk take place in Lucknow and Varanasi and is scheduled to begin in a few months.
 
Mulk is inspired by true events and revolves around a joint family who are involved in a controversy where Taapsee’s character helps the family reclaim their honour.
