Jai Gangaajal is an upcoming action drama film, directed by Prakash Jha. It is a sequel of the 2003 crime film Gangaajal, and stars Priyanka Chopra in the lead role with Jha portraying the antagonist. The film also features Manav Kaul, Rahul Bhat, Queen Harish. Prakash Jha marks his screen debut with the film as a corrupt police officer and even shaved off his trademark beard for the role.

The film talks about the hardships of a woman in the police force and how she stands fearless to give the corrupt forces a handful.

Mostly shot in Bhopal, Jai Gangaajal is scheduled to release on March 4, 2016
